Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlyDocs, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use FlyDocs on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on its behalf.

2. Description of Service

FlyDocs is a platform for writing, publishing, and maintaining documentation, with AI-assisted tools and integrations. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the service.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use most features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use

4. Plans, Billing, and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment providers (Stripe, FastSpring, or Lemon Squeezy). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse FlyDocs. You may not:

• Violate any law or infringe the rights of others
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or bypass security or usage limits
• Publish unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
• Resell or misrepresent the service without authorization

6. Your Content and License

You retain ownership of the documentation, media, and other content you create or upload (“Your Content”).

You grant FlyDocs a limited, worldwide license to host, store, render, publish, and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights to Your Content and for its legality.

7. Intellectual Property

FlyDocs, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by weDevs Pte. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or brand assets without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

FlyDocs may integrate with third-party services such as GitHub, analytics providers, and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for security, legal, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.

10. Disclaimers

FlyDocs is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, weDevs Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless weDevs Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
